What Is the Form Editor?
The Edit Audit Form page is your dedicated editor for customizing embedded forms that live on your website. This editor lets you:
- Modify text and labels
- Adjust fonts, colors, spacing, and layout
- Link a report template
- Add advanced styling and automation
Each form you create lives inside the Lead Engine, and can be previewed, edited, duplicated, renamed, or deleted — just like dashboards and reports.
✳️ You can create multiple forms, each with its own linked report and personalization — perfect for different use cases, audiences, or websites.
