The Embedded Audit Form is a website-ready, customizable form that allows visitors to request a free email performance report. Once a user submits the form (along with their Mailchimp API key), the system generates a fully branded report using your selected report template — completely hands-off for you.

How to Set It Up

1. Access the Lead Engine Page

From the main menu, navigate to Lead Engine. You’ll see:

  • Generated Leads table
  • Audit Form Preview
  • Embed Form Code
  • Personalization panel

2. Create or Manage a Form

At the top of the page, use the form dropdown menu to:

  • Select an existing form (e.g. “Email Audit Form”)
  • Create New Form
  • Rename, Duplicate, or Delete a form
  • Enter Edit Mode (also accessible via the blue Edit Form button)

Each form is fully independent with its own styling, template, and tracking.

3. Customize Your Form

Click Edit Form to access the Edit Audit Form editor. Here, you can modify:

  • Content: Headings, labels, placeholder text, CTA buttons
  • Design: Colors, fonts, spacing, and layout
  • Settings:
  • Select a report template to be generated
  • Enable autoresponse emails
  • Add custom CSS for advanced styling

4. Embed the Form on Your Website

Back on the Lead Engine page:

  • Scroll to the Embed Form Code section
  • Click Copy Code
  • Paste it directly into your website HTML

That’s it—your lead magnet is live and ready to work 24/7.

Where Leads Go

Each time someone completes your form:

  • Their info (name, email, country, API key, phone) is saved
  • You’ll find them listed in the Generated Leads table at the top of the Lead Engine page
  • Each form keeps its own separate list of leads
