What Is the Performance Page?

The Performance page gives you a central overview of how your campaigns and automations are performing. These are all listed in the Email Performance Index.

Email Performance Index, is a dynamic list of all your campaigns and automations with high-level status indicators. Each campaign and automation are flagged with a status badge as:

🔴Poor 🟡 Fair or 🟢 Good

Use the Email Performance Index (EPI) table to:

  • Spot underperforming campaigns at a glance
  • Sort and filter by status, date, or number of flagged issues
  • Click into a campaign to unlock AI-powered performance analysis

Search for specific campaigns and sort by name, date or status, to quickly identify what is working and where to improve. Click to reveal the performance overview of each campaign and automation. Each campaign on the list is scored based on its key engagement metrics:

  • Delivery Rate
  • Open Rate
  • Click Rate
  • Bounce Rate 
  • Spam Complain Rate 

These statuses are calculated using verified industry benchmarks and a custom scoring logic that compares your performance against data norms in open rates, click rates, bounce rates, delivery success, spam complaints, and more. Heavily underperforming metrics can pull the entire campaign status down and consistently poor indicators will.

Clicking “Learn More” or “Improve with AI Engine” reveals a deep dive into individual campaign or automation data.

This detailed view is divided into two tabs pages:

1. Campaign Details and 2. AI Suggestions.

1. Campaign Details: Metric-Level Precision

The Campaign Details tab gives you a precise, data-driven breakdown of each email’s individual performance. Metrics include:

  • Delivered
  • Opened
  • Clicked
  • Bounced
  • Spam Reported
  • Unsubscribes
  • Started Checkout (if applicable)
  • Orders Placed (if applicable)

Each metric is displayed with its actual value, calculated rate, month-over-month change, and a health status badge (Good / Fair / Poor). This structured format makes it easy to scan where things are working—and where they aren’t.

It’s a clear, unbiased overview of your campaign’s actual performance, with comparisons against industry norms. Want to share or reference it with a teammate or client? Just copy the URL or export the report to PDF from the dashboard.

2. AI Suggestions: Smart Insights, Tailored to You

On the AI Suggestions tab, the engine gets to work analyzing your data in context.

Each report features:

  • A Performance Overview paragraph: an AI-generated summary of what’s happening in the campaign and why certain issues may be arising.
  • A Suggested Improvements paragraph: intelligent, actionable next steps based on your performance patterns and benchmarks.

This is powered by our custom GPT integration, which understands email-specific marketing logic and recommendations—no generic fluff. The suggestions are written to be client-ready, coachable, and highly relevant to your actual data.

In the centre the Dive deeper into performance section has the message input field “Explore the AI Engine”—your direct channel to deeper analysis.

Users can now continue the conversation by diving deeper and asking follow-up questions like:

  • “Is this click rate normal for eCommerce?”
  • “What A/B test should I try next?”
